Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as:

 

  • Used items from Used Items section
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact.mostastore@gmail.com

 

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

In the case of a return, items purchased with a gift card are subject to the following policy:

  • If the item was shipped directly to you, the gift recipient, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A new gift certificate will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned item.
  • If the item was shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be processed and issued to them.

 

Shipping

We also offer a delivery service with an extra fee based on your location.
